Why Increase Computer Memory

If you've ever tried, two or three programs running simultaneously on your computer, and it seems, can really slow and sluggish, you can have a computer memory problem.

Computers have two types of memory, and both are very important when you reach many activities of your day on a computer.

The first type of computer memory is static computer memory. This is lots of space to store things on your computer. When saving photos, videos, music, documents andsomething different on your computer, the files take static parts of your computer's memory.

The other type of memory is RAM. This stands for Random Access Memory. This is basically the room there is for things to work on your computer. When you open Word, Internet programs, Photoshop and a few other programs they all pull on RAM memory of your computer to operate.

While the program itself is static in your memory, we need space to work, and undressedRAM. It's like a toy chest at home. All board games are in the toy chest, the static memory. If people decide to play, there are only a certain amount of table space in the room where you can spread out and play. This is your RAM memory of your computer.

If you want to do a lot of programs, or save a lot of video and audio files, you need to expand both types of computer memory to allow your computer to keep up with your use practices.
