Thinking Of Buying A New Printer?
One of the questions we are asked to arrive at my constantly Stinkyink Towers: "I am thinking of buying a new printer, what do you recommend?" I believe that we are an honest opinion about this, as we can give not sell printers – just the consumables, and we have of printers here to feed! These are all personal opinions and are in no way intended to disparage or damage of any repute.
This is not an easy question to answer, because there are so many possibilities there, soBefore we start, your question, we must ask you to answer some questions.
What will you be the printer for it:
Strictly for home use, children's homework, etc.
For printing high quality photos
Use for small offices – mainly documents, but with some requirement for color
For office or business use – High speed document
1. Household
Do easy to use and inexpensive to run, so that you can afford to print the school projects andLoads the Web page information to it without a second mortgage. DO NOT BUY HP, Lexmark or Dell. These manufacturers all use an ink cartridge with a built in print head, but also a method used to set three different colors in one cartridge – when one color runs, the cartridge is completed. Epson, Canon, and Brother just fancy a technology where the print head built into the printer, just like you to replace a color that you just ink tanks – a much cheaper alternativeimmediately. These days, I would recommend for a multi-function device, a printer, who is also a scanner, copier and printer in one person. Basically a machine are the documents from your PC to print, but you can copy documents back into the PC again and photo scan documents when you need them. All major manufacturers offer these types of machines such costs are very competitive, that's what you need to know the cost of owning and with them.
WhenYou begin to feel the cost of ink cartridges for the immediate, what leaps out is refilled, the price difference between original and compatible ink cartridges or. Filled for home use the compatible / cartridges are more than adequate for its intended purpose. Compatible cartridges manufactured by third-party manufacturers and are usually much cheaper than the original manufacturer cartridges.
So we need a multi-function printers made by Epson, Canon or Brother is home and we are now thepersonal preferences. To increase the usability and easy availability of competitively priced ink cartridges, Brother products I personally recommend – my daughter has a University and is very satisfied with the results.
This use meets the requirements of the No 3 – Small Office / Home Office, a unit in a small footprint, which will meet three requirements – Brother wins again in my opinion.
So I have the options available 1 a.m. to 3 p.m., the next number 2 photo printing;
Thereare two different types of photo printers, Canon, Samsung and Kodak produce 4 x 6? Photo printers that use a technology called dye sublimation band. These produce a very high print quality that is as or better than those produced by traditional silver halide photo processing shops etc is equivalent to the disadvantage that you can define the information that you can print, and it can also be expensive, limited.
Your other option is an inkjet printer. In order to print high quality photosYou need a minimum of six available colors, and some of the top-end printers now, with up to 10 different color cartridges. These colors and good quality inkjet photo paper, the output that you can achieve stunning and in many cases better than traditional methods of outputting photos. Which one to choose is a really difficult question, and probably longer revolves around your personal preferences and the thickness of the wallet than anything else. My personal preference for the newCanon Pixma printers, the results with their new ChromaLife 100 colors are overwhelmingly achieved, the colors are guaranteed for up to 100 years (with some restrictions!) And they're using semiconductor technology for the manufacture of printheads, the printer able to produce excellent performance all the time.
Finally, Section 4, office use.
With the advent of color laser printer for under 200 EUR, there is no argument – go for a color laser. These days they are networked small footprint, mostlyand the toner is used will provide a chemical toner, the excellent results. They will print faster than an inkjet printer is the cost per page is less than an inkjet printer and they are much more robust than an inkjet printer. We also offer compatible toner cartridges for a wide range of laser toner, so that the running costs are significantly reduced. The biggest problem we found with these printers here Stinkyink Towers, she was a little awkward about the quality of the paper, we have setthrough them. We can not get away with the very cheapest 80g / m copy paper, but still a LaserJet Paper 80 g / m², passing through all of our machines are very happy and leaves us no problems at all. If you can afford to look at the multi-function machines, again up to 4 applications in a small (ish) space. We have an HP MFP (Multi Function Printer), a fax, network printer, scanner and copier in one unit and is also reasonable to run
In summary thereforeused for home and small office Get a Brother multi-function inkjet printer to run, inexpensive and easy to use and then. High Quality Photo Printing, you will not do much wrong with the new Canon Pixma printers for office use and, finally, a color laser MFP device or
